MARTHA-WASH

Up close and personal
with the Power House Diva
Martha Wash

by Joel Crafton CEO of Craftone Music
For those of you who might not know the name Martha Wash you should be familiar with the soulful songs she sings:
"Its Raining Men" and "Everybody Dance Now" just to name a few.

Martha’s powerful vocals have more than an impressive track record of hits songs. Her distinctive sound proves that she is not only the Diva of Songs, but
that she can hold her own no matter who she sings with. Martha had the opportunity to record, “I Who Have
Nothing” with the late Luther Vandross. Once again Martha has proven that there is no limitation to her
skills.

(JC:) Out of all the songs that you have recorded. Which one of the songs touched your heart the most?

(MW:) When I recorded the song “Carry On”, I knew it had a very powerful message of being able to withstand
adversities and negative things that may come your way. In times of hurt and sadness one must carry on, always keeping your head up high no matter the situation.

(JC:) twenty years I have known Martha Wash. She is a very humble lady with a powerhouse personality and voice that reaches fans through her music. It is truly a blessing to have a friend in the music industry that believes in
maintaining integrity. When Martha Wash performs she gives 100% of herself.

(JC:) Martha Wash and I talked about collaborating on some international projects through Smart Business 1st. Collectively we will combine diverse talent with a crossover sound. This will open up a new avenue to the music industry, showing them something that they
have not seen in a long time. Collective works is Smart business 1st way of doing business, for we have the formula.

(MW:) Just believe in yourself and you can get past any negativity that comes your way. Carry On and hold your head up high.

JC: We thank you Martha Wash for taking the time and seeing the vision we have here.
